YIN YOGA a more meditative practice with long, passively held stretches. Yin targets the deeper layers of the body, the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia), to maintain joint health and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS will introduce you to yoga postures, breathing and meditation with the focus on correct alignment and technique. Suitable for those new to yoga, returning after a break, recovering from an injury or postnatal women without abdominal separation.

PREGNANCY YOGA adapts classical yoga postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques for the ever-changing pregnant body. Suitable for women from their 2nd trimester with all levels of experience.

MOTHER & BABY YOGA is a fun and interactive class including yoga poses for both new mums and their babies.

FAMILY YOGA is a fun and interactive class including yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to awaken the inner-child of participants of all ages. Suitable for children 3- 12 years + Grown- Ups.

Pilates Matwork

A full body workout on the mat utilising your own body weight and small apparatus for resistance to tone, stretch and strengthen the entire body with the focus on the deep core muscles and the pelvic floor.

PILATES MATWORK is for intermediate participants without injuries or abdominal separation.

PREGNANCY PILATES MAT adapts classic pilates exercises with the use of small apparatus for the ever-changing pregnant body. Suitable for women from the 2nd trimester onwards.

POSTNATAL PILATES MAT addresses the importance of breath, abdominal and pelvic floor re-connection, the re-establishment of stability, correcting posture and obtaining flexibility in certain areas and will assist you in healing abdominal separation and toning your pelvic floor.

MUMS & BUBS PILATES MAT is similar to Postnatal Pilates Mat but your baby may lie on the mat next to you or be involved in some of the exercises.

Pilates Reformer

Offers a full body workout using spring loaded resistance conducted on the Reformer to tone, stretch and strengthen the entire body with the focus on the deep core muscles and the pelvic floor. Adjustable springs allow for all levels to be catered for.

Reformer Intro is an introductory session to familiarise you with how to use the Reformer equipment, the breathing and the basic exercises to prepare you for attending Beginners classes.

Pilates Reformer Beginners is for those who are new to Reformer, returning from a break, recovering from an injury or postnatal women. Pre requisite: Reformer Intro class.

Pilates Reformer Intermediate is suitable for those with a thorough understanding of Pilates principles, correct technique and a sound knowledge of the Reformer Beginners exercises. Pre requisite: at least 10 Reformer Beginners classes (or equivalent).

Pregnancy Reformer adapts classic pilates reformer exercises with the use of adjustable springs for the ever-changing pregnant body. Suitable for women from the 2nd trimester onwards with all levels of reformer experience.

Postnatal Reformer addresses the importance of breath, abdominal and pelvic floor re-connection, the re-establishment of stability, correcting posture and will assist you in healing abdominal separation and toning your pelvic floor by using adjustable springs. Suitable for women with all levels of reformer experience.

Mums and Bubs Reformer is similar to Postnatal Reformer but your baby may lie on their play mat next to you, socialise with other babies or sleep in their pram or capsule.
