HOW IT WORKS

One of our experienced & qualified Instructors will come to your office either before or after work or in your lunch break. You have the choice between Ashtanga, Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga or Pilates Mat. Classes can be held in a multipurpose space in your office or building such as a meeting, training or boardroom cleared of furniture.

Our courses include:
A Yoga or Pilates class in your office at a time that is convenient for you
Small classes to ensure personal attention (unlike at the gym!)
A fully qualified and insured Instructor in the style of your choice
Mats at wholesale prices. Only $16 plus postage

STYLES OF YOGA & PILATES
  Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga involves synchronising the movement of the body with the breath through a progressive series of postures including a dynamic flowing sequence known as a Sun Salutation as well as standing, balancing & seated postures, including twists and backbends that build strength, improve flexibility, detox the body and clear the mind.

Hatha Vinaysa

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga involves linking static yoga postures with dynamic flowing sequences. Classes will include standing and balancing postures, seated postures such as forward bends, back bends, twists and hip openers and arm balances finishing with a deep relaxation and meditation that builds strength, improves flexibility and fitness, detoxes the body and clears the mind.

Hatha Yoga
A more gentle and slower form of yoga which combines yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation for a deeply relaxing practice. This class will stretch, strengthen and open your body & mind leaving you feeling invigorated.

Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat classes will improve your posture, strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using your own body weight and safe non-impact exercises.

WHY YOGA & PILATES AT WORK?

It is important for Employers to recognise work-related stress as a significant health and safety issue. Work-related stress accounts for the longest periods of absenteeism. The total cost of workers compensation claims for stress-related conditions is estimated at over $200 million every year. Our in- house Yoga & Pilates classes can help to alleviate the common symptoms of stress including tension headaches, a drop in work- performance, insomnia, lack of motivation and focus and absenteeism. Our classes also educate participants on how to reduce or eliminate symptoms associated with prolonged sitting and computer related activities including back and neck pain, strain injuries from repetitive tension or motion, such as mouse work and eye fatigue, blurred vision or headaches from glare or inadequate lighting.
