| One of our experienced & qualified Instructors will come to your office either before or after work or in your lunch break. You have the choice between Ashtanga, Vinyasa or Hatha Yoga or Pilates Mat. Classes are usually 45 or 60 minutes in duration and can be either a one-off session or in monthly blocks. Classes can be held in a multipurpose space in your office or building such as a meeting, training or boardroom cleared of furniture.

$100 per class for an unlimited number of participants.
Please note this rate is based on a monthly commitment and is payable prior to the commencement of each monthly block.

Classes can either be self- funded by the participants or your Company may agree to subsidise the full amount or make a contribution. |

To generate interest in classes in your office, we recommend the following: a Taster Class ($5 pp for a minimum of 10 participants), word- of- mouth, inter-office emails, intranet sites, E-bulletin boards and in-house social clubs. Please contact us if you would like us to provide posters to put up around the office. We can also email you some info to pass on to your Employer and we can send you some promo material to email around the office. |

We believe what distinguishes a good Instructor from a great Instructor is one who practises what they teach. That's why our Instructors have a daily practice and attend regular workshops and training courses. All of our Instructor's are industry accredited and are insured for $10 million Public Liability and $5 million Professional Indemnity and hold current First Aid certificates. Copies of Insurance and First Aid certificates are available upon request. |

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga involves synchronising the movement of the body with the breath through a progressive series of postures including a dynamic flowing sequence known as a Sun Salutation as well as standing, balancing & seated postures, including twists and backbends that build strength, improve flexibility, detox the body and clear the mind.
Hatha Vinaysa
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga involves linking static yoga postures with dynamic flowing sequences. Classes will include standing and balancing postures, seated postures such as forward bends, back bends, twists and hip openers and arm balances finishing with a deep relaxation and meditation that builds strength, improves flexibility and fitness, detoxes the body and clears the mind.
Hatha Yoga
A more gentle and slower form of yoga which combines yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation for a deeply relaxing practice. This class will stretch, strengthen and open your body & mind leaving you feeling invigorated.
Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat classes will improve your posture, strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using your own body weight and safe non-impact exercises.

of absenteeism. The total cost of workers compensation
claims for stress-related conditions is estimated
at over $200 million every year. Our in- house Yoga & Pilates classes can help to alleviate the
common symptoms of stress including tension
headaches, a drop in work- performance, insomnia,
lack of motivation and focus and absenteeism.
Our classes also educate participants on how to
reduce or eliminate symptoms associated with prolonged
sitting and computer related activities including back and neck pain, strain injuries from
