Baby & Me Yoga (2 months- Pre-Crawlers)
| These classes offer a lively mix of practices for babies - passive stretching and rhythmic movement accompanied by action songs & rhymes - and stretching and strengthening for parents/ carers. There are also lots of integrated yoga practices for parents and babies to do together. The classes are friendly and relaxed so that babies can be fed, changed and sleep whenever they need. The sessions end with a period of deep relaxation and a cup of tea and a chat. |

What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bare-feet. Prepare to get a little warm. Layering is best. Your bub/ tot should wear something cool and stretchy. No socks are best.
Do I need my own yoga mat?
No, yoga mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your own if you have one.
Where can I park?
Mosman: There is plenty of FREE parking in the car park located outside the building.
Randwick: There is plenty of FREE on-street parking outside the school.
Bondi Junction: Free 2 hour parking is available either in Westfield, Eastgate or in the Council car parks located in Grafton St.
What if my tot doesn't join in?
You will probably find that your tot wants to explore his/ her new environment and establish his/ her boundaries which is really important. If your tot walks away, you’re asked to continue the songs/ movements as they learn from mimicking. You will find that as time passes (and it may take a few weeks) you will see them joining in on the actions or doing the movements at home when you least expect it. So as long as they're safe, please let them roam and join in as they please. "No" is a word we like to avoid in Toddler Yoga.
