Spinal release
Releases compression in spine and stretches the shoulders, elbows and wrists

1. Begin by standing with your feet parallel and flat on the floor
2. Interlace your fingers in front of you and turn your palms out
3. Raise your arms up above your head and push your palms towards the ceiling as you lengthen through your waist
4. Hold for a few seconds and then release
5. Repeat throughout the day
