Releases compression in spine and stretches the shoulders, elbows and wrists

Begin by standing with your feet parallel and
flat on the floor |

Interlace your fingers in front of you and
turn your palms out |

Raise your arms up above your head and push
your palms towards the ceiling as you lengthen through your
waist |

Hold for a few seconds and then release |
