Yoga For Beginners
This course is tailored for those who are new to yoga and are wanting a more comprehensive introduction to yoga. It is also perfect for those who have taken a break from yoga and may need of a refresher course. You will be introduced to yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation in a friendly environment.
A slow-paced style of yoga which applies moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Yin Yoga Immersion
This workshop is tailored to those who are new to Yin or wanting a more comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga. You will be introduced to Yin poses, the principles of a safe and effective practice, and their healing benefits to your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. You will also learn breathing techniques (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation to enhance the medicinal potency of your practice.
Reformer classes offer a full body workout using spring loaded resistance conducted on a Reformer. Adjustable springs allow men and women of all ages and experience from Beginners to more Advanced to be catered for.
