Crawlers – 18 months
A fun and interactive class for Parents with Crawlers to 18 Month Olds. Using songs and rhymes with plenty of movement and stretching, classes provide an opportunity for mums to exercise and have fun with their children, promoting strength, flexibility and balance, with relaxation to contrast with energetic activity.
18 months- 3 years + Grown- Ups
A fun and interactive class for Parents with children 18 months- 3 years.Parents and children will be introduced to yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation through stories, journeys, songs, music, yoga games and guided visualisations in a fun, non- competitive and supportive environment.
3 – 9 years + Grown- Ups
Big Kids, Little kids and Kids at heart come together in a light-hearted environment for individual, partner and family yoga fun!
Stretch, Move and Relax for Kids
6 – 12 years
Children will be introduced to yoga poses, breathing and meditation through stories, journeys, music, yoga games and guided visualisations in a fun, non- competitive and supportive environment.
Yoga for Teens
13 – 17 years
Class include fun, dynamic postures to improve strength, flexibility and posture, as well as nurturing, relaxing ones to uplift the soul. Meditation techniques to better relax and focus will also be explored. A perfect tool for teenagers to deal with the stress of exams and peer pressure.

Our Yoga Studio, located in Willoughby on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, offers Yoga for children of all ages including Baby Yoga for Crawlers, Toddler Yoga, Pre- schooler Yoga, Kids Yoga, Tween Yoga and Teen Yoga plus our unique and interactive Family Yoga classes- where parents and children do yoga together.
