Prenatal Pilates classes give you the opportunity to maintain health & posture during a time when the body is going through a significant amount of change. With a focus on strength & overall fitness, prenatal Pilates classes are a great way to help cope with the bodily changes & prepare you for the rigours of labour & childbirth to come. Attending regular classes during pregnancy will aid in the process of getting back into shape after childbirth. This class uses small apparatus including Flexbands, Stability balls, Magic Circles and Foam Rollers to lengthen and strengthen your whole body.
