A fun and interactive class for Mums and Bubs. For babies, classes offer rhythmic movement accompanied by action songs and rhymes and simple balances for overall strengthening and development for babies. For mums, classes focus on releasing muscle stiffness and tension, improving posture, strengthening the pelvic floor and deep abdominals and restoring energy.
Mums & Bubs Pilates Mat
6 weeks to Pre- crawlers
This class addresses the importance of breath, abdominal and pelvic floor re-connection, the re-establishment of stability, correcting posture and obtaining flexibility in certain areas and will assist you in healing abdominal separation and toning your pelvic floor. Babies may lie on the mat next to you, be involved in some of the exercises, or may socialise with other babies.
Mums & Bubs Reformer
6 weeks to Pre-crawlers
Similar to Postnatal Reformer but babies may lie on their play mat next to you, socialise with other babies or sleep in their pram or capsule.
Postnatal Pilates Mat
This class is similar to Mums and Bubs Pilates Mat but is a chance for mums to take some time out to re-gain your strength and fitness whilst your baby is home with Dad.
Leave your baby at home with Dad and join Melissa for a blissful afternoon of yoga and relaxation. You will learn yoga poses to aid postnatal recovery and to prepare you for rejoining regular yoga classes.
Postnatal Pilates Reformer

Suitable for women with all levels of reformer experience.
Mindfulness for Mothers
Relax deeply and feel your tension melt away as Author of “Mindfulness for Mothers”, Rebecca Ryan guides you through a series of stress-releasing meditations, and simple breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques to incorporate into your day to day life to release anxiety and stress and make you a happier and more relaxed mother.
For Newborns to Pre- crawlers
Learn the gentle art of nurturing touch through easy-to-use massage techniques. Each 1- hour weekly session will focus on different body parts through demonstration led teaching. You will learn ancient techniques based upon Swedish and Indian massage, Reflexology and gentle yoga stretches.
New mums will come together for tea and a women’s circle to allow you to share your joys, challenges and transformation into motherhood. The circle will be facilitated by Melissa Field but each month we will have a guest speaker so you can continue to learn and grow but will allow plenty of time for open discussion and connection with other mums.
