Classes engage the mind and tone the arms, legs and buttocks with particular concentration on strengthening the core muscles weakened by pregnancy, as well as the back & pelvic floor. Adjustable springs allow women of all levels of experience and fitness levels a safe return to regular pilates reformer classes after childbirth. Leave your baby with dad and come and enjoy an hour of time out re-gaining your strength and fitness.
