Mother and Baby Yoga

A fun and interactive class in a supportive and friendly environment. Baby yoga classes offer rhythmic movement accompanied by action songs, rhymes and simple balances for overall strengthening and development for babies. For mothers, mums and bubs yoga classes focus on releasing muscle stiffness and tension, improving posture, strengthening the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles, and restoring energy. They are the perfect way recover from childbirth and bond with your bub. Each yoga class ends with joint relaxation, a cup of organic tea and an opportunity for mums and bubs to socialise.
