Yoga for Beginners is a 10-week course tailored for those who are new to yoga and wanting a slower and comprehensive introduction to yoga or those who have taken a break from yoga and are in need of a refresher course. You will be introduced to yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation in a safe, friendly and supportive environment through our yoga for beginners program.

$200 for 10 classes over 10 weeks. Includes a comprehensive manual PLUS a Yoga Mat PLUS a complimentary 2- week pass for unlimited Drop- In classes to be used immediately after the Yoga for Beginners course PLUS receive 10% off your next class pass.
Those who are brand new to yoga or those that have had a break from yoga and are in need of a refresher course. This course is also suitable for those that have an injury, are chronically stiff or are looking for a way to get back into yoga after birth.
