Mother and Baby Yoga

A fun and interactive class in a supportive and friendly environment for Mums and Bubs. For babies, classes offer rhythmic movement accompanied by action songs and rhymes and simple balances for overall strengthening and development. For mums, classes focus on releasing muscle stiffness and tension, improving posture, strengthening the pelvic floor and deep abdominals and restoring energy.
Leave your baby at home with Dad and join Melissa for a blissful afternoon of yoga and relaxation. You will learn yoga poses to aid postnatal recovery and to prepare you for rejoining regular yoga classes.
