STRETCH, MOVE AND RELAX FOR LITTLE Kids
3- 5 years

In these classes, children will be introduced to yoga poses, breathing and meditation through stories, journeys, songs, music, yoga games and guided visualisations in a fun, non- competitive and supportive environment.
Dates: Tuesday, 17th of January
Times: 3.30- 4.30pm
Investment: $20 for 1 child, $30 for 2 (must be a sibling).

STRETCH, MOVE & RELAX FOR TWEENS For 10- 12 years
This class will include fun, dynamic yoga postures to build inner & outer strength, flexibility and improve posture and guided visualisations and breath work to improve attention span and concentration.

TEEN SPIRIT YOGA
For 13- 17 Years
This class will include fun, dynamic postures to improve strength, flexibility and posture, as well as nurturing, relaxing ones to uplift the soul. We will also explore meditation techniques to better relax and focus.

Times: 5.15- 6.15pm
