Life can be tough for teenagers. We as adults sometimes forget the stresses that Teens are under including pressure from peers, family and school to
look, perform and be a certain way as well as dealing with issues such as body image, lack of confidence and relationships. This class aims to help Teens to better deal with these pressures and to empower them to make their own choices, to build confidence, to learn more about themselves, to equip them with the skills to relax and to mentally prepare for exams and most importantly, to feel good! I only wish I had discovered yoga while I was doing my HSC or my parents were going through a divorce, was thinking I was fat or was getting my heart broken! This class will include fun, dynamic postures to improve strength, flexibility and posture, as well as nurturing, relaxing ones to uplift the soul. We will also explore meditation techniques to better relax and focus. Teens will become more equipped to deal with the dynamic & challenging experiences of daily life.

Teen Spirit Yogalates 13- 17 year old boys and girls
Yogalates is a combination of yoga and pilates. It will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. The emphasis for this class is strengthening the core
muscles - abdominals, lower back and buttocks and improving posture with a balance of stretching and relaxation.
