It can be a challenging time for tweens. No longer a child, but not quite a teenager. While a tween is not yet in the midst of adolescence, he or she
will face a variety of obstacles in the next few years including, transitioning from Primary School to High School, approaching puberty, increasing responsibilities, increasing amounts of homework, potential bullying and peer pressure. This class aims to help Tweens to better deal with these pressures, to help them develop self- esteem and confidence, improve their body awareness and to equip them with the skills to relax and to feel good! This class will include fun, dynamic yoga postures to build inner outer strength, flexibility and improve their posture and guided visualisations and breath work to improve their attention span and concentration.
