Classes aim to strengthen the core muscles weakened by pregnancy, as well as the back & pelvic floor. Join with other mums to regain your strength, realign your spine and pelvis and improve your posture. We recommend you bring a Bouncer or a Playmat for your baby to lie on if they’re awake or they can sleep peacefully in their pram or capsule.
