Hatha Yoga
These classes are based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the sense that each movement is synchronised with each breath encouraging deep focus and concentration. This class will stretch, strengthen and open your body & mind leaving you feeling invigorated. All ages and levels of experience, flexibility and fitness welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga involves linking static yoga postures with dynamic flowing sequences. Classes will include standing and balancing postures, seated postures such as forward bends, back bends, twists and hip openers, arm balances and inversions
finishing with a deep relaxation and meditation that build strength, improve flexibility and fitness, detox the body and clear the mind. Vinyasa Yoga is for every body of all levels of yoga experience, fitness, flexibility and strength. Beginner's welcome.

Back to Basics- Yoga 4 Beginners

We recommend you attend a Beginner's course before attending Casual classes.

In this 5-week course we will learn the fundamental yoga postures. This course will create a strong and safe foundation from which you can then attend casual classes.

Restorative Yoga
If yoga were a smorgasbord, restorative yoga would most definitely be at the dessert table. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation, renewal, effortlessness and ease. Blankets, bolsters, straps, and other props safely support the body in various postures which allows the body to move towards a state of balance. This practice soothes the nervous system, helps to quieten the mind and invites you to release deeply held tension. This class will leave you feeling nourished and well rested and is suitable for people of all shapes and sizes, levels of fitness, flexibility and yoga experience (even pregnant women).

Join Melissa on the first Friday of every month from 6.30- 7.45pm.

Pilates Mat
Using only you own body weight, gravity and small apparatus, Pilates mat work will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. The emphasis for this class is strengthening the core muscles - abdominals, lower back and buttocks.

Core and Stretch for Men
Our Men's Only class combines yoga & pilates to stretch your whole body whilst strengthening your core. This class will help you to recover from current injuries and prevent future ones occurring. It can also help with sporting performance by improving focus, concentration, strength and flexibility. Learn the secrets of Pro-Sportsmen including the Australian Cricket Team, Golf Pros and AFL players just to name a few!
