Inclusive Yoga Classes for Sydney Beginners to Masters
In our classes, you’re invited to let yourself relax and grow into the strong, grounded and connected woman you were meant to be. That’s why on top of our regular yoga classes, we’ve developed specific sessions for women who are in the process of undergoing monumental changes in their life.
For expectant mothers across Sydney’s North Shore, our slow flow yoga is designed to provide breathing exercise and soothing techniques that may come in use during your trimesters, labour, and after your child has entered the world. We welcome beginners and experienced yoga participants to embrace the meditation and relaxation methods we teach in our Pregnancy Yoga sessions, which are also optimised to reduce pains and swelling in your muscles that is attributed to pregnancy.
The flexible timetable of our Mums and Bubs Pilates, Barre & Yoga allows for you and your child to make time in your schedules for a session of total relaxation and connection. Every week you will join with your tribe of fellow new mums and work to regain your strength, realign your posture, and interact with your child in a harmonious environment. As your child grows, we have classes that will nurture them through toddlerhood, adolescence, and into their teen years.
