Ashley’s journey with yoga began in 2002. Her Mum sent her and her sister along to Yoga to help with the stress of High School exams. Her practice was intermittent throughout university, and it wasn’t until 2010 when she committed to daily practice that she realised the most profound impact on the greater connection and respect she gained for her mind and body. Ashley has always been an active person but fell in love with yoga not only for the physical component and the discipline required by the mind, but for its ability to heal and transform.
Her classes are playful and energetic and she encourages her students to practice with an open mind and a sense of fun.
