Making time for yourself is vital. Yoga, Barre, Pilates and meditation are the perfect practices to help you slow down, focus on your breathing and reconnect with yourself. If you’re after a challenge and wanting to work on your strength, Pilates Reformer and Barre Attack classes are the perfect was to build strength and endurance – whilst having fun.

Our classes are spread across a flexible timetable so you can come early morning, after school or day-care drop off or during the day if you working from home, in the evenings or on weekends.
