Barre Attack

Barre Attack is a fusion of pilates and dance. This 45 minute workout will get your heart-rate up and give you the benefits of a cardio workout while also developing your strength utilising props such as the ballet barre, resistance bands, balls and discs. (Plus you’ll have fun!) Low impact and high impact options available. This class is also suitable for pre and post-natal women.

Mums & Bubs Barre

Mums and bubs barre will give you a strength and cardio workout in one. A slightly less intense class than our regular Barre Attack classes, this class is suitable for postnatal mums including those with abdominal separation.
