I’d like to share with you the preventative measures we’re taking at Yoganic to keep our facilities clean and safe, as well as offer you a few reminders about how to stay healthy.
What we’re doing at Yoganic:
At Yoganic, we provide a clean healthy environment for you to participate in Pilates, Yoga & Barre classes. And with the heightened concern around COVID-19, we’ve implemented the following additional practices:
reminding staff and clients about preventative measures, especially hand washing
providing hand sanitiser in the Studio for use before & after classes
making available disinfectant spray for sanitizing mats, props and equipment (in addition to our regular soap and water formula)
increasing our regular cleaning routine in the studio
including tea tree oil in our diffusers to keep the air in the studio clean
encouraging you to seek medical assistance if you have the following symptoms: fever, cough and shortness of breath
How to stay healthy:
Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
move your body regularly to keep your strength up and your immune system strong
wash your hands often with soap and water (front, back and in between fingers for at least 20 seconds), or use a hand sanitiser
wipe down reformers, mats, props and equipment after every use
sneeze and cough into your sleeve
avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
avoid contact with people who are sick
stay home if you’re sick
Unfortunately it is not possible to wash our yoga props, baby bouncers or baby mats after every class. We encourage you to bring a towel or wrap to use over these items.
Please stay at home if you are unwell, have a fever, respiratory symptoms or a cough to keep our staff and other clients healthy. (We are asking our staff to do the same). If you have recently travelled to an affected area, please self-isolate as per the NSW Department of Health guidelines.
Thank you in advance for playing your part and helping keep our Yoganic community healthy.
Our studio will remain open – unless we are directed to close. In the event of a forced closure, all packs will be extended for the duration of the closure.
