With standard yoga classes for women of all experience levels, we are proud to offer specific classes for women who are pregnant, have recently had a baby, or want a fun and unique way to bond with their toddler or preteen.
Where Crows Nest Goes for Yin Yoga, Pilates and More
Are you an expectant mother, or you’ve just given birth to your beautiful new family member? Our Pregnancy Yoga and Mums and Bubs Yoga Classes have been designed to teach new mums and mums-to-be how to focus their breathing in order to achieve peace and mindfulness, as well as movement exercises that work to reduce stress and address muscle pain and swelling.
If Reformer Pilates is more your style, or if you’re not sure what it entails, we offer both an introductory class and a regular group class. The reformer machine will ensure you get a full body workout – it uses spring loaded resistance to engage your core and limbs and tone your arms, legs and buttocks. Each reformer class is capped at six members so that the instructors can focus on your technique and what you’ll get out of the session. For those who are new to Reformer Pilates, we encourage you to begin in the introductory class before joining the main class. We welcome women of all experience levels to participate in yoga, Pilates and barre classes.
