For New Mums - and Their Babies
Mums & Bubs classes and Postnatal (baby free) classes for our new mums, to help you reconnect with and strengthen you body after baby.
Why do I need postnatal classes?
Returning to exercise after birthing your baby is great for physical and mental health. For many of mums its part of reclaiming themselves, by focusing on them - for an hour, but also an opportunity to connect with other mums.
Your body has changed constantly over the last year - and our classes reflect that. Our postnatal classes focus on rebuilding your body from the inside out - whilst you'll get a full body workout, we focus rebuilding our core, safely. We also spend extra time stretching - because let's face it, mothering little people is tough on our bodies.

Our boutique Pilates studio has small classes with up to 6 for Pilates Reformer and 10 for Yoga and Barre.

Our classes are for non mobile babies for safety reasons. We have a set of Baby Bjorn bouncers in the studio.
Classes for New Mums
Postnatal Reformer classes are for our new mums following their 6/8 week check. We focus on rebuilding you strength starting from your core.
Our postnatal classes are specifically designed for new mums to alleviate the aches and pains that come with mothering small children.
Perfect "me time" for our new mums - you'll leave feeling refreshed and stronger.
Mums & Bubs Barre
Barre combines dance, Pilates and stretching to give you a cardio workout with lot of strength work. Using props such as balls, bands and discs, mums and bubs barre will focus on rebuilding your strength, whilst giving you a cardio workout and having fun!
We will start the class with a low-impact workout at the barre and may finish off with matwork on the floor.
Mums & Bubs Reformer
Mums & Bubs Reformer classes are for our new mums following their 6/8 week check. These classes allow you to bring your baby.
We focus on rebuilding you strength starting from your core.
Our Mums & Bubs are specifically designed for new mums to alleviate the aches and pains that come with mothering small children.
Mums & Bubs Yoga
Mums and bubs yoga combines yoga flows with some more restorative poses. Our mums and bubs classes are focussed on getting you moving and relieving some of the tension that comes with looking after babies. Working on backs, shoulders, tight chests……
Mums and bubs classes are a chance to get out of the house with your baby and move and hopefully relax! There will be some options to involve your baby but our focus is on our new mums.

Yoganic is one of my favourite places to escape my family and do something for ME. All the teachers are lovely and very accommodating for a ‘beginner’. There are many classes to choose from and many convenient times to suit any busy woman. Small reformer classes mean I get looked after with my technique. I also love that I can buy a pack of 10 classes and it doesn’t need to be used up in a really short period of time like many other places. Thank you Libby for creating a warm and inviting , ‘Pink’ space for me to get back into fitness.
After injuring my back a few years back, I was recommended reformer Pilates classes. Libby was so thorough, taking time to understand my injury and modifying exercises in class to ensure so further injury. What started as rehab has evolved into a genuine enjoyment of all the classes on offer - Barre and Reformer Pilates are my faves but have recently tried Yoga and Family yoga with my girls which were excellent. All of the instructors are well qualified, very thorough and the classes are a great workout but also fun.
I started at Yoganic about 4 months ago and haven't looked back. I do a lot of running and HIIT classes and thought it was time to add reformer pilates/tower to my exercise regime. Libby and the trainers are absolutely amazing. They always explain and demonstrate movements and make allowances for previous injuries. The studio is also super pretty to look at and I always leave feeling amazing. I would highly recommend Yoganic.
