Mums & Bubs classes and Postnatal (baby free) classes for our new mums, to help you reconnect with and strengthen you body after baby.
Why do I need postnatal classes?
Returning to exercise after birthing your baby is great for physical and mental health. For many of mums its part of reclaiming themselves, by focusing on them - for an hour, but also an opportunity to connect with other mums.
Your body has changed constantly over the last year - and our classes reflect that. Our postnatal classes focus on rebuilding your body from the inside out - whilst you'll get a full body workout, we focus rebuilding our core, safely. We also spend extra time stretching - because let's face it, mothering little people is tough on our bodies.

Our boutique Pilates studio has small classes with up to 6 for Pilates Reformer and 10 for Yoga and Barre.

Options to bring your baby to class (mums & bubs classes), or come without them to postnatal classes for some 'me time'

Our classes are for non mobile babies for safety reasons. We have a set of Baby Bjorn bouncers in the studio.
