Grainne discovered pilates after a doctor suggested she tried it to improve her flexibility and core strengthen whilst training for the London marathon in 2009.
What started as a simple addition to her running routine, soon became a new found passion. Every class left her feeling physically stronger, more energised and wanting more!
After moving from her native London to Sydney to 2010, Grainne continued practising pilates for several years before deciding to train as an instructor.
Grainne is a STOTT Pilates trained mat and reformer instructor, is registered with Fitness Australia and has completed specialist training in pre-and post-natal exercise.
Grainne loves the versatility of Pilates and believes everyone can benefit from regular practise whatever their life stage or fitness level. A former Yoganic client and lover of the studio, Grainne is proud to be part of the Yoganic team and enjoys working with clients to ensure their pilates practise supports their overall wellbeing.
