Our teachers and classes are influenced by a variety of styles including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Restorative, Purna, Venus and classical Hatha Yoga and are quite vigorous, yet the poses are simple and approachable.. Yoga For Beginners
Our Yoga for Beginners series will introduce you to yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. Each week there will be a new focus in which the classes are themed around from Sun Salutes to Supported Inversions. Each week is a new beginning. Start anytime during the 10 week cycle.
A slow-paced style of yoga which applies moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Yin Yoga Immersion
This workshop is tailored to those who are new to Yin or wanting a more comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga. You will be introduced to Yin poses, the principles of a safe and effective practice, and their healing benefits to your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. You will also learn breathing techniques (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation to enhance the medicinal potency of your practice.
Reformer classes offer a full body workout using spring loaded resistance conducted on a Reformer. Adjustable springs allow men and women of all ages and experience from Beginners to more Advanced to be catered for.
Mindfulness for Mothers
Relax deeply and feel your tension melt away as Rebecca guides you through a series of stress-releasing meditations,and simple breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques that you can do at home.
