Yoga and Mindfulness For Teens

(13 - 17 years)

This class will include fun, dynamic postures to improve strength, flexibility and posture, as well as nurturing, relaxing ones to uplift the soul. We will also explore meditation techniques to better relax and focus. The perfect tool for teenagers to deal with the stress of exams and peer pressure.
