We know no-one wants their inbox overloaded with emails – but we wanted to explain what your options are for receiving texts/emails from us – and why you might want to change some of them.
There are three types of messages you can receive from us:
Account management: Notifications regarding packs, contracts or auto pays.
Reminders and schedule changes: Notifications regarding classes, course or workshops you have booked. Occasionally we have to cancel classes – if you are not subscribed to these, we are not able to let you know. You will also not receive notification if your spot comes up on a waitlist. If you are waitlisted and NOT subscribed to reminders and schedule changes we will remove you from the waitlist as if a spot comes up you will not know and no-one else can be offered the spot.
News and promos: This is how we let people know about new classes, courses, events, sales etc. We generally only email once per week.
Regardless of your preferences you will always receive receipts via email.
