What You Can Expect From Our Lindfield Studio
For expecting and postnatal mothers, the Pregnancy Yoga and Mums and Bubs Yoga Classes focuses on specific breathing exercises and techniques that are designed to reduce stress and address muscle pain and swelling. We welcome all women to our yoga, Pilates and barre classes with no restrictions on experience levels.
For those interested in Reformer Pilates, expect a full body workout. The reformer machine uses spring loaded resistance, but it’s not just your core that will be engaged. Our Pilates classes tone the arms, legs and buttocks, as well. All of our reformer classes are limited to six participants, which enables our instructor to spend personal time with you so that you’ll get the most out of each class. If you’re new to Reformer at our studio we’ll require you to participate in the Intro class before jumping into the group class.
