Do I need to book online or can I just show up?

As our yoga and pilates mat classes are currently limited to 10 participants (8 for mums and bubs) and Pilates reformer only 5, please book online via our website or the our Free Mindbody App to grab your spot. You must be booked prior to class.

Can I attend casually or do I have to buy a pack?

Of course you can attend all our classes casually (except courses and workshops) but if this is your first visit to Yoganic™, our Intro Offer is much better value.

What do I need to bring?

During Covid-19, we are not using shared props.

For Yoga, Barre and Pilates Mat, please bring your own mat.

For yoga – please bring a large towel/small blanket and you are welcome to bring a bolster and blocks if you have the at home.

For barre- a soft Pilates ball, long theraband and loop band if you have your own.

For Reformer Pilates and barre, please bring a pair of grip socks (socks with tiny grip dots on the bottom to prevent slipping) or purchase a pair at the studio for $20.

Leave your valuables at home or in the car. If you do need to bring your phone, please turn it off and leave it in one of the cubby holes.

What do I wear?

It’s helpful for our instructors if you wear comfortable yet form-fitting stretchy clothes as it enables them to visually see that you are performing the exercises with the proper alignment. For hygienic and practical reasons, please wear grip socks for Reformer Pilates ad leggings without zippers (zippers damage the upholstery on our reformers). Change rooms are provided.

How do I cancel or reschedule a class?

To reschedule or cancel a class, log into your Mindbody Online account with your Username and Password. Select, “My Info” from the Main Menu, then, “My Schedule”. Here you can view all your scheduled classes. Select, “Early/ Late Cancel” next to the class you no longer wish to attend. You can also Book, Cancel and Reschedule classes using the Mindbody App which can be downloaded for free from iTunes or from Google Play.

What if I don’t show up to a class I have booked for?

If you cancel a Yoga or Pilates Mat or Barre class within 12 hours or a Pilates Reformer class within 24 hours you’ll forfeit the class.

How do I get notified if I have been added to a class from the Waitlist?

If a class is full, you’ll have the option to join the Waitlist. If a place becomes available, the system will automatically add you to the class and you’ll be notified via Text or Email (depending on your Notification preferences in your account). If at any stage you decide you no longer want to attend, please cancel your place on the Waitlist online (not via the Mindbody App). If you’re added to the class list and you don’t attend or you decline a spot in the Late Cancel period, you’ll forfeit the class.
