Project Description

The Yoga for Beginners series will introduce you to yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. Every week there is a different focus to help develop your practice step by step and enable you to confidently attend various yoga classes, including Slow Flow, Yin and Restorative.
Yoga is a practice of connection. Discovering how to connect more courageously and compassionate to ourselves, to each moment, to this life. Through awareness, breath, movement and meditation we will explore the gifts of yoga and ultimately discover the gifts within our own self. Enabling you to live your life with greater joy, ease and equanimity.
Suitable for everyone – those completely new to yoga, returning form an injury or simply wanting to refresh their practice.
