Postnatal Yoga Workshop

Leave your baby at home with Dad and join Melissa for a blissful class of yoga and relaxation.

Classes focus on postnatal recovery and prepare you for rejoining regular yoga classes.

Includes:

  • Poses to release your tight neck, shoulders and back and improve your posture
  • Poses to realign your pelvis and spine
  • Adaptations of the Sun Salutations
  • Exercises to heal abdominal separation and tone your pelvic floor
  • Restorative Yoga Postures to recharge your batteries
  • Deep Relaxation

Suitable for women new to yoga or returning to yoga post birth.
