Our pregnancy classes are designed specifically for pregnant bodies. We will help you stretch and strengthen your changing body over your pregnancy journey. Pregnancy classes will give you a chance to take some time out from your busy day-to-day and connect with your body and baby.


Exercising during pregnancy can help you thrive physically and emotionally. Some of the benefits of attending pregnancy classes include:

Pregnancy Reformer

Our pregnancy reformer classes are designed specifically for our pregnant mums. If you are past your first trimester, you must join our pregnancy classes.

Our classes are designed to strengthen your body and pelvic floor to help  prepare you for labour and recovery. We also incorporate extra pregnancy specific stretching to help ease the aches and pains that come with pregnancy.

No prior Pilates experience required.

Pregnancy Yoga Class

Pregnancy Yoga

A slow flow yoga class. Poses are held longer and linked together to create a flow of movements. Each pose connects with the rhythm of your breath, giving you time and space to move through the sequence. Learn breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques you’ll use throughout all trimesters, as well as during labour, birth and beyond.

No prior yoga experience required.

Barre & Barre Attack

Barre is a fusion of Pilares, yoga and dance. It provides an excellent low-impact cardio workout as well as providing lots of strength work.

Our Barre and Barre Attack teachers are all pre and post-natal trained and can provide you with suitable modifications during class to accomodate your changing body.



Yoganic is one of my favourite places to escape my family and do something for ME. All the teachers are lovely and very accommodating for a ‘beginner’. There are many classes to choose from and many convenient times to suit any busy woman. Small reformer classes mean I get looked after with my technique. I also love that I can buy a pack of 10 classes and it doesn’t need to be used up in a really short period of time like many other places. Thank you Libby for creating a warm and inviting , ‘Pink’ space for me to get back into fitness.


After injuring my back a few years back, I was recommended reformer Pilates classes. Libby was so thorough, taking time to understand my injury and modifying exercises in class to ensure so further injury. What started as rehab has evolved into a genuine enjoyment of all the classes on offer - Barre and Reformer Pilates are my faves but have recently tried Yoga and Family yoga with my girls which were excellent. All of the instructors are well qualified, very thorough and the classes are a great workout but also fun.


I started at Yoganic about 4 months ago and haven't looked back. I do a lot of running and HIIT classes and thought it was time to add reformer pilates/tower to my exercise regime. Libby and the trainers are absolutely amazing. They always explain and demonstrate movements and make allowances for previous injuries. The studio is also super pretty to look at and I always leave feeling amazing. I would highly recommend Yoganic.
