New To Our Online Booking System?

  1. Click Here
  2. Select “Sign Up” in the top right hand corner.
  3. Enter your First and Last name under “New To Our Site”. If you\\\’re already in the system, your name and “This is Me” will appear. Select, “This is Me”. If your name doesn\\\’t appear, select, “Create a new account”.
  4. You will then be prompted to enter your Email address and to create a Password.
  5. When you arrive at the Class Schedule page, select the class you wish to attend. The online timetable is similar to a calendar so you will need to scroll forward by Day or Week if you\\\’re booking for a future class.

When you have found your chosen class, select “Sign Up Now”.You can then either make a “Single Reservation” or “Recurring Reservation”. Then under “My Info” you can check your Class Schedule, Attendance and Purchase History. If you have credit on your account, the system will automatically book you in. If you don\\\’t, you will automatically directed to the “Passes and Memberships” screen where you can purchase a class pass or a casual visit. Once you have made payment, you will automatically be booked into the class of your choice.To view details of your account, select “My Info” on the Main Menu, then “My Schedule”, “Attendance”, “Purchase History” or “Account”.To view the Status of your class pass, please select “Account”.To Reschedule or Cancel a class you must log in to your account, select “My Info” from the main menu then “My Schedule”. Then select “Early/ Late Cancel” next to the selected class.If you\\\’re using a Mobile Device, download the Mindbody App Free from Itunes or Google Play which makes this much quicker and easier. Booking and Cancellation Policy

As class sizes are limited, please book online or via the Mindbody App.The following cancellation policies apply:Mat Classes: Please cancel online at least 2 hours prior (12 hours for 6.15am Yoga and 9am Saturday Yogabarre).Pilates Reformer and Family Yoga: Please cancel at least 24 hours prior. Failure to cancel within these periods will result in the forfeiture of 1 class on your class pass or if you’re a Fortnightly Direct Debit Member, a $20 surcharge will be applied to your next direct debit.To Cancel a Mat, Reformer, Family Yoga class or Private Session: All Mat, Reformer, Family Yoga classes and Private Sessions must be cancelled and rescheduled online. Email, Text and Phone cancellations will not be accepted.To cancel online, please log in with your Username and Password. Select, “My Info” then, “My Schedule”. Select, “Cancel” next to the class you can no longer attend. “Late Cancel” will appear if you cancel within the cancellation period.To cancel via the Mindbody App, select, “Schedule”, then “Booked” next to the session you can no longer attend and then “Cancel” in bottom left corner and then, “Cancel Booking”.To Cancel a Yoga or Pilates for Beginners class: To cancel a Beginner’s class, please click here to let us know you can’t make it so your spot can be re-allocated to someone needing to do a make up class. You may make up up to 3 missed classes as long as it’s before the conclusion of your course. Just email us and we will book you in.Waiting List: If a class is full, you will have the option to join the Waiting List. If a place becomes available, the system will automatically add you to the class and you will be notified via Text or Email (depending on your Notification preferences in your account). If at any stage you decide you no longer want to attend, you must cancel your place on the Waiting List otherwise, if you’re added to the class list and fail to show up, you will forfeit the class.
