I am a mum of 2 beautiful children: 8-year old boy and 20-month old baby girl.
I have been practicing yoga about 7 years. I was a bit over weight and didn’t do any exercise before I started yoga. After a few years of practicing Hot yoga, I fell in love with yoga. Now I practice many more styles of yoga – I love Ashtanga yoga and Yin yoga.
I believe that yoga changed my life.
I am more calm, peaceful and relaxed. Yoga helps me to be stronger and more flexible both physically and emotionally.
After I had my son, I realised that I love children. So I decided to study in Early Childhood education with Tafe. I have a Diploma certificate and I have been working in childcare centres for 5 years now.
The love of yoga and the love of working with children lead me to train to be a kids and family yoga teacher. I truly believe that yoga is an amazing tool that we can introduce to children from a very young age.
I trained with Gopala, Rainbow kids yoga. It was an amazing experience and I have gained so much knowledge. I have been teaching kids and family yoga in childcare centres, schools and studio for 3 years now.
As a busy mum working part time and taking care of children, I benefit a lot from yoga. It’s not just for me but also for my family. Yoga brings joy and happiness to my family and I can’t wait to share with you. I am so excited to be part of Yoganic.
