As part of keeping our clients and staff safe during this period we have decided not to use shared soft props. What does this mean for you?

Yoga classes

  • Please bring a water bottle and water.
  • Please bring your own mat – or you can buy one at the studio
  • Clients can bring any yoga props that you may have been using at home (block, bolster, blanket, eye pillow).
  • WE have bolsters, blocks, mats and eye pillows available in the studio if you would like to purchase your own.
  • Yin classes
    • We would like you bring a large towel/small blanket that can fe folder for propping and can double as a blanket for Savasana. Please bring socks if your feet get cold and an eye pillow if you would like one (or you can purchase in the studio.

Barre Attack classes

  • Please bring a water bottle and water.
  • Please bring your own soft ball, theraband and sliding discs – or purchase from the studio.
  • Our therabands are 2.1m long to allow for loops to be tied at either end.
  • Soft balls could be between 20-25cm diameter.
  • Grips socks are still compulsory.

Reformer classes

  • Please bring a water bottle and water.
  • If you use knee pads or sticky mats, you will need to bring your own, or purchase from the studio.
  • Grips socks are still compulory
